This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains your rights and options when it comes to canceling your Easyteer subscription and requesting refunds. By subscribing to Easyteer, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have any questions, please contact us at contact@easyteer.com.
Easyteer offers a 14-day free trial to new users. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your selected payment method will be charged. The free trial is available to first-time subscribers only and may not be combined with any other offer. You are solely responsible for canceling before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard and navigating to your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain full access to your paid features until that date, after which your account will revert to a free or inactive status. We do not prorate or provide credits for unused time remaining in your billing period.

All subscription payments are non-refundable. No refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or plan downgrades. This policy applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at contact@easyteer.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Easyteer reserves the right to determine whether a charge qualifies as an error on a case-by-case basis.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current subscription rate. You authorize Easyteer to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis without further approval until you cancel. We will notify you by email if your subscription price changes at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to reprocess your payment up to three times over a seven-day period. If payment is not collected within that window, your access to paid features may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. You can update your payment method at any time in your account dashboard.
If you have a concern about a charge, please reach out to us at contact@easyteer.com before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing issues quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
